Yes, owners have the ability to view pending rental requests and view details of how long the renter wants the equipment.

Tips to improve your public profile:

1. Use multiple and good pictures. Make sure your pictures are not blurry, sideways or upside down.
2. Add a good profile picture.  It’s always nice to put a face to the text!

• Have multiple great pictures and a detailed description.
• Share your listing via email, social media, or online classifieds.
• Respond quickly if you get a message from a potential renter.

You’ll receive an email if someone tries to reserves your listing or sends you a message.

You can approve or decline the request.  Please ensure that you are quick in your response because generally renters need equipment soon.

If you approve, make sure the equipment is fueled up and ready to go.

• Make sure they understand how to use it
• Take a picture of their drivers license is optional but a good practice.
• Before the equipment leave record the fuel level, mileage / hours.

Payments are easy and safe via Credit Card.  After an owner has approved your rental request, your credit card will be charged automatically for the rental amount but will not be deposited with the owner until the rental period has ended.
